Entitlement and Enrichment

At Rickley Park we have many pupil groups across the school that support one another or, an area of the school. The pupils are chosen by either their peers or by school staff to be apart of these very important groups.

Eco Warriors

Eco Warriors meet weekly to talk about the environment and how we can care for it. This year Autumn Eco Warriors have looked at water usage across the school and how we can save it. We completed the Anglian Water Award! 

Spring Eco Warriors completed a bin survey and discovered that we were not recycling as much as we could. They were then able to make posters and an assembly to tell everyone about what we need to recycle where. We now recycle more and use the correct bin most of the time.

Summer Eco Warriors have been busy planting and growing plants. We are growing flowers, herbs, fruit and vegetables. What an amazing and productive year we have had so far! 

Play Buddies

Play Buddies are year 6 pupils who support children in early years and key stage one at lunchtime by organising games for them to play. Play Buddies are great at getting as many children involved in these games as they can!
